FIAT 130 COUPE

FIAT 130 COUPE

It was simply 130. A number synonymous with style, capable of immediately describing the status of its owner. Presented on 11 March 1971 at the Geneva Motor Show, the car was created following the explicit request of Gianni Agnelli to create a high-end model that could compete with the great German flagships. For the style of the new Coupé, Fiat asked for the support of Pininfarina, who with Paolo Martin, one of the masters of Italian automotive design, defined the most modern profile of the car. The new model had taut and angular features, with a more boxy look than the sedan. Under the bonnet, Lampredi's V-shaped six-cylinder had had its cubic capacity increased, reaching 3,235 cc and 165 HP. The powertrain was mated to a Borg Warner three-speed automatic transmission, with a five-speed manual optional. Inside, the Fiat 130 Coupé was comfortable and spacious, perfect for 4 people, with extensive use of fine materials and lacquered wood, fabric or velvet upholstery and leather upholstery. The Fiat 130 coupé was produced for a limited period of time and only 4490 units were produced. This makes it a vehicle coveted by collectors today. Here we find a spectacularly preserved 1972 car, the car was deregistered in 1992 to be jealously preserved in a garage under a tarpaulin, in 2012 it was reactivated by a collector who made occasional use of it. you can request the original first registration plates MI P......... The car is in perfect working order and does not require any intervention.
