What to say about this car? Rivers of ink have been spent trying to describe it but wandering around the internet I read this article which seems to me a good summary... The BMW M3 e46 is all of this, a true thoroughbred sports car, as simple as it is effective. A car that makes us understand that when everything is in the right place, when everything is set up as it should be, when the whole car is at the service of driving pleasure, well, only then do we realize that it's not needed other. That everything else is in addition, you don't need electronic devices or touch screens to make cinema, a frame, a simple aspirated engine and a gearbox are enough. Nothing else: after all, we just want to drive. The satisfaction of pulling a gear, feeling the engine stretch beyond 4000 rpm, shaking off the inertia and launching screaming towards 8000 rpm, off the gas and down the clutch just an instant before the limiter, into another gear and starting over, they are all analogue and timeless sensations that no number in the world can explain. This car is pure fun!
